         How long will my order take to ship?

        Standard orders received between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Queensland) will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days. This can may take a little longer if we need to confirm order details and during busy periods (September through to January).

        Pre Orders

        Please note that Pre Orders for 2022 will be despatched llate of November 2022. If you have ordered multiple items, these will all be shipped at the one time in November. Please note that parcels that purchased Express Shipping during Pre Orders will be the first parcels to be despatched. All orders will be shipped (besides Express Post) will be shipped in numerical order and in date order.

        How long does shipping take?
        Free Shipping for orders over $50AUD and $20AUD for the rest of the world.
        Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 3-15 business days (depending on location in Australia). We ship with Australia Post or courier. Please note: The extra volume of parcels that Australia Post and couriers are experiencing currently may affect the length of time your parcel is delivered. 

        How long does Express Shipping Take?
        Australia Post have stated with Express Post shipping that they will prioritise Express Post shipping as the fastest option, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. Order must be received by 12noon to qualify for Express Shipping.

        Will my package include tracking?
        Once shipped, you will receive a dispatched email and tracking number (if applicable).

        Do you ship worldwide?
        Yes! We do. Currently we are shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. A flat rate of $20 AUD. We use Australia Post for shipping our international orders. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are related to your order. Ronnie & Co is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the the parcel and you will not be entitled to a refund.
