    Please note that Pre-Orders commence on Friday 28 August 10am. Please note all orders from Pre-Order will be shipped mid October. You will firstly receive a confirmation email that you order has been received, and once your order is shipped in mid October you will receive another email detailing shipping details. Priority will be taken to those orders that have Express Shipping as an option.

    How long will my order take to ship?
    Standard orders received between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Queensland) will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. This can may take a little longer if we need to confirm order details and during busy periods (September through to January).

    How long does shipping take?
    We are currently offering FREE flat rate shipping for all products.
    Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 3-6 business days. We ship with Australia Post or courier. 

    How long does Express Shipping Take?
    Next day business day delivery within Australia's Posts delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. Order must be received by 11am to qualify for next day delivery.

    Will my package include tracking?
    Once shipped, you will receive a dispatched email and tracking number (if applicable).

    Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes! We do. Currently we are shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. A flat rate of $20 AUD. We use Australia Post for shipping our international orders. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are related to your order. Ronnie & Co is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the the parcel and you will not be entitled to a refund.
