Unfortunately, there is no refund available for change of mind after an order has been processed.
If the item you have received is faulty (we are very sorry for this!!), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, so we can help you out. If you could also please email pictures of the fault that will fast track your enquiry. Refunds may take up to 3 days to appear in your account.
No shipping charges will be charged should the product be deemed faulty.
